Serengan as one of the sub-districts with a majority Muslim population certainly respects and maintains sanctity mosque building. The evidence is that growth rate construction has increased, but an increase in number expected to result uneven distribution mosque. Because this, researchers studied this aim a) knowing mosques sub-district, Surakarta City, b) applying GIS function analyze City. This research type descriptive quantitative approach pattern analysis technique using Nearest Neighbor Analysis (nearest neighbor analysis). results study found mosques, general, uniform (dispersed pattern) index 18.52 out total 51 mosques.
